Our SFB 1607 offers funded fellowships for aspiring researchers in the fields of natural sciences and medicine. These fellowships provide financial support and the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research in an interdisciplinary environment.

In addition, our fellows have the chance to participate in courses offered by the Integrated Research Training Group, gain hands-on experience through clinical rotations, and join exclusive retreats organized by both the IRTG and SFB 1607. Depending on their research focus, fellows may also take part in industry rotations, allowing them to explore career opportunities beyond academia and build valuable professional networks.

We welcome applications from external MD students for our fellowships, while our PhD fellowships are exclusively available to PhD students already part of SFB 1607. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to advance your research and expand your network!
